Our client a leading name in the auto industry with Headquarters in Lagos, requires the services of well experienced and qualified candidates for the following vacant job position of a Legal Adviser/Human Resources Manager:
JOB TITLE: LEGAL ADVISER/HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have an LLB or it equivalent in Law or a degree in Administration/Humanities
Must possess Minimum of 10 years post qualification experience of which 5 years should be in the senior management level
Must be knowledgeable in computer applications related to Human resources including computer word processing, spreadsheets and database applications
Must be 40years and above.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Ability to work in a standard office environment
Plan, assign and supervise the work of a staff of professional, technical and clerical employees
Recognize a and resolve problems of sensitive nature
Ability to plan, organize, administer, review of day to day activities
Develop and implement techniques for improving human resources processes.
Ability to occasionally work outdoors.
Evaluate alternative to tackling issues and make appropriate and creative recommendations
Communicate effectively with customers and the public on behalf of the company
