Human Resources Recruiter Vacancy @ ADECCO in New York, NY


Hours: Full Time (Monday-Friday Regular Business Hrs.)
Pay Rates: Dependant upon experience
Length: Long-term contract, potential to go permanent

Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Must have INTERMEDIATE computer knowledge
- A minimum of 1-2 year of experience working with recruiting either internal/external (or as third party)
- Knowledge of recruiting tools
- Experience with interviewing/making offers, attending job fairs and various related activates
- Human Resource experience is a plus
Desired Skills:
- Recruiting for Banking/Financial industry
- Knowledge of Federal and State employment/hiring laws is a plus
- operating Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus as well
Job Summary/Primary Responsibilities:
The job will require the candidate to fulfill the required duties involved with recruiting such as:
- Sourcing of talent
- Structured interviews (face-to-face or over the phone)
- Understanding what skill sets are desired for any given position that you will be recruiting for
- Exercise good public speaking skills-involved when attending job fairs or other related events.
- Ability to multi-task-work on multiple job fills and the required tracking and filling of the candidates
- Fulfill all other tasks related to recruiting
