ABOUT YOU:
You are an experienced Project Manager with client-facing or agency experience. You've spent 3-5 years managing mid to large-scale interactive marketing and internet projects from discovery to design to technical development and implementation. You are naturally task-oriented, and have an innate ability for maintaining a holistic view of projects and goals and keeping team members focused and confident that projects will be delivered on time and within budget. You don't mind tactfully speaking up to ensure meetings are focused and on point. You have a solid understanding of web and online media technologies, and are comfortable interacting with both internal team members and agency/vendor partners.

The success of the Interactive Project Manager hinges on consistent focus on the following:
· Driving Interactive projectsfrom all aspects, from discovery to design to technical development to implementation via exceptional project management skills
· Ability to manage team expectations, execute on projects, write project notes, assign duties/tasks and follow up on task completion
· A solid understanding of website best practices and ability to apply them to this project
· Ensuring all internal and external partners remain focused on delivering projects on time and within budget and keeping all internal team members updated on status of projects and any issues
QUALIFICIATIONS:
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
· Demonstrated exceptional project management ability. Certification a plus.
· Understanding of technical and creative design and development principles
· Solid knowledge of all facets of web development including strategies, design, implementation, and user adoption
· Extremely organized, detail-oriented and agile
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
