Hirease is looking for a very competent Systems/Network Engineer. We are a very fast paced company that works hard but definitely has fun. We need you to be able to work in an ever changing environment and be able to adapt to change without getting upset that the map changes everyday.

Position Overview Title: Systems Engineer Overview: Here are some bullet points on the job(not all encompassing though)• Recommends and plans all aspects of the IT infrastructure
• Creates IT budget and forecast
• Communicates technical risks and opportunities for the company to CEO
• Develops and maintains security policies and procedures and disaster recovery plan
• Security of the remote server
• Analyze complex business needs and recommend technical solutions
• Develops and maintains asset management
• Technology inventory control (including all domain tracking)
• Directs implementation of new/upgraded information systems
• Ensures users/clients are provided professional and timely support
• Conducts user training as needed
• Works with vendors to obtain competitive pricing
• Works with software development team to ensure hardware and network needs are met
• Maintain Hirease network
• Create and direct documented company technical support processes & team Responsibilities: You must have 5+ years experience as a lead or manager or some really good skills. MCSE or MCITP certification is a plus. We operate on both Microsoft and Apache servers. We have 2 remote locations on VPN and Data center hosting. You have to be able to work with software developers and handle their pre-madonna attitudes. We develop software for internal and external clients and need to have our systems in top shape and running 99.9999% of the time.
