Qualifications/Requirements:
•      Minimum 3 years of successful strategic selling experience developing and presenting "value propositions" to end users, influencers and partners in the lighting industry or a similar industry.
•      Bachelor's degree in engineering or in business is preferred.
•      Minimum 2 years of sales management or commercial sales experience in a technical fields.
•      Proven knowledge and use of CRM tools, MS office and web applications.
•      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•      Persuasive skills to influence decision-making process; Ability to clearly present and articulate a value proposition.
•      Must have technical aptitude and desire to learn new technologies.
•      Working knowledge of business finance and experience selling products that require capital budgeting.
•      Self-starter; ability to work with little direction and within a team environment where the performance of others affects success.
•      Results-driven with a sense of urgency and strong follow up skills.
•      Proven success in using social media to reach prospects
•      Must be able to travel and attend national and international trade shows, conventions and conferences.
•      High level of Integrity
