Our company is a milling plant based in Keffi, Nasarawa State, a few kilomtres from Abuja.We employ Compact Milling System in the production of flour from wheat and other locally sourced grains.
The plant is about to commence operation, we are, therefore, looking for staff that are ready to make a career with us and be part of our pioneer Senior and Middle Level Management Team.

JOB TITLE: PLANT MANAGER

1: Co-ordination of the activities of the plant,
2 Preparation and implementation of the production budget.
3 Training and development of the Technical and Production staff
4 Ensuring quality control standards are adhered to
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Mechanical or Production Engineering with a Master’s Degree in Production Management or an MBA in Production Management.
Experience:
Minimum of ten years experience in a well-structured flour milling Company.
Candidates must also have experience in plant maintenance management with demonstrable leadership qualities.
Age: 35-45 years

JOB TITLE: FINANCE MANAGER

•   Coordination of all finance functions of the company
•   Preparation of the Annual Financial Statements in compliance with International standards
•   Liaising between the company and the Company’s external auditors, State and Federal Tax Authorities and other regulatory agencies related to finance.
•   Preparation of Annual Budget and Budgetary Controls
•   Timely presentation of the monthly Management Accounts to the Board.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy and membership of Professional Accountancy bodies such as Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA),Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
Membership of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and/or MBA will be an advantage
Experience:
Candidates must have worked as Factory/Cost/Management
Accountant in a manufacturing company, preferably a flour mill, for a minimum of eight years.
He or she must also have experience in Financial and Treasury function as well as considerable experience in the preparation and implementation of annual budgets.
