Job Title: ICSS Engineering Supervisor

We are recruiting for the position of:
Job Title: ICSS Engineering Supervisor
Job Location: Rivers
- ICSS Engineering service provider shall be fully responsible for the supervision, control and co-ordination of ICSS aspects of the basic engineering studies being carried out by the engineering contractors and selected ICSS contractor for the FPSO package;
- Ensure engineering is performed in line with the project scope of requirements, company general specifications & procedures, and international codes & standards;
- Coordinate with corporate ICSS specialist and prepare derogation requests to company general specifications when required;
- Review, comment and Approve all ICSS basic engineering documents;
Requirement:
- Must be Degree qualified instrument engineer or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years worked in the oil & gas (preferably offshore projects) industry with previous emphasis on FEED, detailed engineering and project task force related work.

Responsibilities:
- Contribute to project HAZOP, SPOT, PTR, reviews and audits Within a general framework
- Acts as prime contact for Maintenance and participates in Project committees
- Defines the maintenance and inspection policy, organizations, procedures and budgets
- Defines and supervises studies of maintenance, disposability, specific inspection, guarantees the technical expertise and ensures respect of deadlines and costs
- Validates the initial programs of maintenance and inspection of the equipment
- Ensures the definition and development of maintenance software and tools (CMMS, Fame+...)
- Advises work packages, provides expert appraisal, proposes the appropriate studies
- Coordinates requests with Headquarters experts and ensures their timely mobilisation
- Participates in the selection of the MIEC and its personnel, write the technical contracts, prepares the call for tenders for the SMC and GMC, and supervises the contractors
- Participates in budget preparation Within his field of expertise
- Supervises Maintenance and Inspection Engineering activities
Requirement:
- Essential service provider qualifications / experience (if relevant)
- Training : Mechanical or Electrical engineer or generalist, ENSPM
- Professional experience: in Maintenance and Inspection operations, engineering, subsea engineering either in oil companies (headquarters, project or subsidiary) or in engineering companies, with an ideal from 10 to 15 years.
