Michael Stevens Consulting - a multinational FMCG Company is seeking to fill the role: Regional Sales Manager for Lagos and Onitsha.

Position: Regional Sales Manager
Location: Lagos and Onitsha
Job Description:
The role will be responsible for the distribution of their Milk Powder category and generate additional volume within specified region who will also develop a robust team and open new channels.

Basic Requirements:
1.) Bachelor of Science (Post graduate qualification (MBA) is desirable).
2.) 8-10 years experience in sales with minimum of 2-4 years in a senior position in Milk powder sales.
3.) Customer management & selling skills.
4.) Previous working experience with reputed Milk Powder brands and sound understanding of Sales & Distribution channel.

Position: Brand Manager
Location: Lagos and Abuja
Basic Duties:
The role will support the Head, Marketing in developing, executing and evaluating annual activity plans for Company products which deliver annual brand performance goals amongst the target audience.

  Basic Requirements:
1.) Minimum second-class Bachelor's degree from a reputable university. Postgraduate qualification in Marketing would be an advantage if the first degree is not in a related field.
2.) 3-5 years experience in a reputable company, preferably FMCG, of which at least 2 must be in the Marketing function. Sales and/or operations experience would be an advantage.
3.) Interpreting data and information
4.) Preparation of annual marketing/activity plans.
5.) Development and execution of consumer and trade promotions and POS material.
6.) Third-party supplier management.
7.) Managing budgets and expenditure.
8.) Understanding of research techniques
