Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years Federal Civilian HR experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of knowledge and experience with OPM Guidelines for Processing Personnel Actions
- Minimum of 2 years of knowledge and experience with SF-50s, Official Personnel Files
- Minimum of 2 years of experience entering and maintaining data in PeopleSoft HRIS
- Active TS/SCI
- Minimum of 2 years of MS Office experience
Preferred Skills:
- 2 years HR experience in the Intelligence Community, DoD, or Federal environment
- 1 year experience with Federal personnel action processing using PeopleSoft or similar system
- Ability to brief personnel policies to administrative personnel
- 1 year experience with maintaining records groups
Candidates who are currently employed by a client of Accenture or an affiliated Accenture business may not be eligible for consideration.
