Federal - Personnel Data Senior Analyst - St. Louis, MO/Springfield

Job Description:
The Personnel Data Senior Analyst will be responsible for performing activities in support of Personnel Action Request (PAR) Processing.  This will include, but is not limited to: gathering supporting documentation, communicating with Administrative Officers, calculating service computation dates, perform data entry and research in various systems and tracking tools, apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing and resolving issues/problems, assess and resolve non-standard and standard issues or problems, and seek advice and escalate issues when faced with tasks/problems outside the scope of the work.  This person will also be responsible for entering information for employees who do not have access to PeopleSoft, responding to requests for information, and processing mass personnel actions.   This person will also maintain complete and accurate documentation in the Official Personnel Folder (OPF).    Other responsibilities will include courteous and timely communication with customers that include employees, administrative officers, supervisors, HR personnel, and other client and contractor personnel.
 
Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years Federal Civilian HR experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of knowledge and experience with OPM Guidelines for Processing Personnel Actions
  • Minimum of 2 years of knowledge and experience with SF-50s, Official Personnel Files    
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience entering and maintaining data in PeopleSoft HRIS
  • Active TS/SCI
  • Minimum of 2 years of MS Office experience    
Preferred Skills:
  • 2 years HR experience in the Intelligence Community, DoD, or Federal environment
  • 1 year experience with Federal personnel action processing using PeopleSoft or similar system
  • Ability to brief personnel policies to administrative personnel 
  • 1 year experience with maintaining records groups  
Candidates who are currently employed by a client of Accenture or an affiliated Accenture business may not be eligible for consideration.
