Systems Integration Consulting professionals are responsible for delivering large-scale, complex programs that marry processes with technology to help our clients achieve high performance.
Industry Applications professionals design, implement and deploy packaged software solutions that have been developed to accommodate unique industry business and management processes, regulatory requirements and other business needs.
Resources Industry Applications professionals analyze, design, build, test and deploy innovative Resources industry-specific solutions -- including solutions for the Chemicals, Natural Resources, Energy and Utilities industries -- that enable industry standards and processes.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Shaping and leading programs that translate process application and/or integration shortfalls into transformation programs/projects
- Envisioning new and innovative approaches and predicting probable business outcomes
- Establishing total cost of ownership metrics for actual impacts of application implementation
- Defining solution architecture
- Shaping and leading large-scale application design and architecture activities; as well as application build, test and deploy activities
- Assessing and managing risk and issues throughout all aspects of the application implementation
- Cultivating client relationships and driving revenue acquisition
Qualifications
Basic Qualification:
- 4+ years of management consulting experience leading and delivering ERP projects to energy industry clients
- 4+ years of energy industry experience focused in Upstream oil and gas, Finance and Accounting business transformation and / or business operations
- 3+ years of functional knowledge of Joint Venture Accounting (JVA) and/or PRA, and one or more additional industry-specific Finance and Accounting processes - Production Accounting, Revenue Accounting Upstream General Accounting
- Bachelor's Degree
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrated track record of successful project delivery and / or Finance and Accounting operations
- Strong knowledge of SAP JVA, mySAP Oil & Gas industry solution (joint venture data capture, cash calls, partner billing, overhead, allocations, multi-currency processing)
Professional Skill Requirements:
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Desire to work in an information systems environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership and management skills
