What is the role?

This position involves speaking to the key decision makers of local
business, companies, organizations and individuals in the Beverly Hills and West Hollywood area. The Sales Ops Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure that delivery of medical services is in-line with the sales objectives. The Sales Ops Manager brings local community together with our state-of-the-art walk-in general and occupational medicine services.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This is a unique management hybrid of sales and operations offering the best of both. Under the direction of the physician and practice manager, this position generates revenue by selling SWHCOM services to local companies and organizations regardless of size. The Sales Ops Manager will influence customers and assist them in understanding the benefits of SWHCOM superior healthcare menu of services from physicals to injury treatment; and oversee business flow in the office. These patient centric and ops strategies result in achievement of SWHCOM business development goals.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

  • Determining B2B sales strategies and goals for each product and service line
  • Coordinate management and marketing services
  • Researching and developing lists of new potential clients
  • Creating and implementing sales plans
  • Doing market research to determine customer needs and ensuring service delivery.
  • Following up on sales leads and making cold calls on potential customers in an effective and timely manner
  • Maintaining up-to-date understanding / awareness of industry trends, government regulations, and technical developments that effect target markets
  • Establishing and maintaining contacts that lead to sales
  • Making regular sales calls to develop / establish relationships and follow up on leads
  • Acting to close deals and finalize contacts
  • Assist / coordinate between the center management and client companies
  • Managing staff to ensure that business ops are in-line with sales objectives
  • Meeting established sales quotas and revenue goals
  • Developing and delivering sales presentations and close sales in a professional and effective manner
  • Performing other duties as required to meet the business needs of the company

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA/BS in business administration or related field
  • Equivalent work experience in healthcare accepted
  • Minimum 2 years of successful outside sales experience
  • Hard working, self-motivated, independent individuals
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a small office staff

  • Demonstrated stable career with a track record of success in Sales
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able and comfortable presenting in small group settings to key stake holders
  • Must have a polished, professional presentation
  • Must be able to keep organized, accurate records on daily activities and results
  • Strong organizational skills imperative and ability to lead and motive staff
  • Ability to manage sales funnel to analyze and manage pipeline activity and monitor sales activity against assigned quotas
  • Requires the ability to provide great service as well as to ask for business quickly
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
  • Clean motor vehicle record and car insurance.
