KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers
· Generate new sales activity
· Produce formal customer quotes
· Conduct prompt follow up of inquiries and leads
· Ensure that new prospects are consistently being contacted and added to sales database
· Stay abreast of current marketplace dynamics including competitive issues, new products and new business opportunities
· Appropriate and effective communication including, but not limited to weekly reports, customer call reports, expense reports, sales forecast reports
· Oversee and direct company marketing activities
· Represent company at open house and industry networking events
QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum of 2 years successful sales and marketing experience
· Well organized with effective communication skills, both written and verbal
· Must have demonstrated abilities to manage multiple tasks with the ability to foster sales growth
· Excellent interpersonal, organizational and follow up skills required
· Strong time management and goal setting skills
· Proficient with Microsoft Office-Word, Power point, Excel and Outlook
· Oil and gas industry contacts and experience preferred
