In preparation for SurveyBuilder's revenue growth, uSamp is in need of an Inside Sales Account Executive
who will take ownership of our outbound sales initiatives by generating, prospecting, and qualifying business leads to help build an active client pipeline and drive SurveyBuilder revenue. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and proactive individual to join one of Los Angeles' most innovative technology companies and contribute to the global success ofthe SurveyBuilder platform.

Responsibilities:
- Reactive and proactive qualifying of leads over the phone; make upwards of 60 phone calls per day to decision makes within uSamp’s target market.
- Inbound and outbound prospecting for uSamp; approaches day-to-day with creativity and a positive attitude.
- Gain comprehensive understanding of uSamp’s services and target market in order to best present out product to potential clients.
- Increase and promote brand awareness of uSamp’s service offering while qualifying potential customers.
- Utilize professional communication skills in order to research and interview prospective customers.
- Work collaboratively with our sales team to ensure all leads are addressed and appropriately managed on a timely basis.
- 1-5 years of previous outbound sales experience (technology industry ideal)
- Highly self-motivated and driven, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- High energy and enthusiasm — eager to be on the phone and find opportunities by building relationships
- A passion for technology
- Experience using CRM software is a plus (specifically Salesforce)
- Bachelors degree required
