Sales Person and Event Planner Vacancy @ Celebrations Ltd Miami, Florida

Celebrations is a Company based in the Cayman Islands and we are looking for a Sales Person and Event Planner for our busy Special Events Department. In this position,your required experience and skills should include:

Min 2 years experience of Wedding and/or Special Event Planning Experience;

Related Sales experience, with proven ability to generate new business utilizing a documented sales process;
Associates Degree required;
Proven Sales History in meeting Sales Targets and Managing Sales goals;
Ability to handle multiple time and budget sensitive responsibilities;
Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Creative, enthusiastic, friendly and professional demeanor;
Willing to work weekends, evenings and Public Holidays as required;
Clean drivers license, own transportation and clean police clearance.

Responsibilities include:
Meet sales goals and objectives;
Seek and pursue new clients and opportunities;
Present and sell company service and products to current and prospective clients;
Plan and coordinate Weddings/Events;
Produce creative sales proposals to Clients including preparation of concise quotes and final billing;
Costing and booking of products, vendors, venues and labour in accordance with budget demands;
Provide on-site management and coordination of events;
Work closely with other team members to provide a consistently high level of service.
Salary range for this position is US$25,000 – US$37,200 per annum plus commission and benefits package.
